Author Guidelines
Before submitting your manuscript, Please read carefully the submission guidelines as follows:
A. General Requirements
The author must use the template format in preparing the manuscript before submitting into the Open Journal System (OJS) from the journal. The manuscript template format has been provided, please download below:

The manuscript that has been in accordance with the template format must be submit by ONLINE SUBMISSION.

The minimum standard requirements of journal must be
- Manuscript must be written in English.
- The length of submitted manuscript is at least 6 pages and no more than 10 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers are needing more pages than 10 pages.
- Use of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose APA style
- Make sure that your paper is prepared using the eJESET paper template before submitting to Electronic Journal of Education, Social Economics and Technology.
B. Structure of The Manuscript
The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:
- Title. The title of the paper is maxed 12 words, without Acronym or abbreviation
- Abstract. The Abstract has a maximum 250 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes, and results, and the conclusions.
- Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction-The Proposed Method/Algorithm (optional) - Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion
- References. Expect a minimum of 30 references primarily with a minimum of 80% journal articles that have a reputation and are not more than 5 years old.
IMRAD STANDARD
The author must follow the rules of the template format that has been provided and refer to the IMRAD standard as is the usual scientific manuscript. Details of the explanation in general can be seen below.
The manuscript structure must be prepared with IMRAD standard as the following structure:
Title Page
- A concise and informative title.
- A list of author names, affiliation(s), and e-mail addresses.
- The name, complete mailing address (including e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers) of the corresponding author.
- A running title not exceeding 45 characters.
- A word count of the entire paper broken down into summary, main text, acknowledgements, references, tables and figure legends.
Abstract. The abstract should outline the purpose of the paper and the main results, conclusions and recommendations, using clear, factual, numbered statements. Authors should follow a formula in which point 1 sets the context and need for the work; point 2 indicates the approach and methods used; the next 2-3 points outline the main results; and the last point identifies the wider implications and relevance of renewable energy. The whole abstract should be readily understandable to all the Journal's readers and must not exceed 250 words.
Keywords. A list in alphabetical order not exceeding ten words or short phrases, separated with semi colons (;)
Introduction. State the reason for the work, the context, background, state of the art of the reserach, and of the aims research.
Methods. Methods. In this section the researcher must explain the type of research and research approach used, data collection techniques, data analysis techniques, research tools or instruments. Place of study, location and time. Explain in detail so that it can be understood by the reader.
Results and Discussions. State the results of experimental or modelling work, drawing attention to important details in tables and figures. Point out the importance of the results and place them in the context of previous studies and in relation to the application of the work.
Acknowledgements. If authors refer to themselves as recipients of assistance or funding, they should do so by their initials separated by points (e.g. I.J.T.M.E.R). Do not acknowledge Editors by name.
Conclusion
The main conclusions of the experimental work should be presented. The contribution of the work to the scientific community and its economic implications should be emphasized.
Citation and References
Citation to work by three or more authors should be abbreviated with the use of et al. (e.g. Budiyono et al., 2010). Citation to work by one or two authors should always give the author names in full. Work with the same first author and date should be coded by letters, e.g. Thompson et al., 1991a,b. Citations should be listed in chronological order in the text and be separated by a semi-colon, e.g. Balmford and Gaston, 1999; Royle et al., 2007.
All references must include DOI (Digital Object Identifier) at the end of th references. If there is no DOI for any reference, author may provide its URL/direct accessible web link for verification purpose. References without DOI or internet link are not acceptable.
References. Expect a minimum of 20 references primarily with minimum 80% to journal papers.
The references in the Reference list should be in alphabetical order with the journal name unabbreviated.

Manuscript Submission
Manuscript submission in this journal proceeds totally online and the author will be guided stepwise by the journal system through uploading the manuscript file. The manuscript submitted should be in Word document format that can be edited for the double-blind peer-review purpose.
Reviewing of manuscripts
Every submitted paper is independently reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers. Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. If two or more reviewers consider a manuscript unsuitable for publication in this journal, a statement explaining the basis for the decision will be sent to the authors within three months of the submission date.
Revision of manuscripts
Manuscripts sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the editor without delay. Revised manuscripts can be sent to editorial office through the Online Submission Interface (https://ejeset.saintispub.com/ejeset). The revised manuscripts returned later than three months will be considered as new submissions.
After acceptance
Corresponding authors will receive an e-mail with a link to our online proofing system, allowing annotation and correction of proofs online. The environment is similar to MS Word: in addition to editing text, you can also comment on figures/tables and answer questions from the Copy Editor. It is important to ensure that all corrections are sent back to us in one communication. Please check carefully before replying, as inclusion of any subsequent corrections cannot be guaranteed. Proofreading is solely your responsibility.

2. Author’s Warranties
The author warrants that the article is original, written by stated author(s), has not been published before, contains no unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is subject to copyright that is vested exclusively in the author and free of any third party rights, and that any necessary written permissions to quote from other sources have been obtained by the author(s).
3. User Rights
eJESET's spirit is to disseminate articles published are as free as possible. Under the Creative Commons license, eJESET permits users to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work. Users will also need to attribute authors and eJESET on distributing works in the journal.
4. Rights of Authors
Authors retain the following rights:
- Copyright, and other proprietary rights relating to the article, such as patent rights,
- The right to use the substance of the article in future own works, including lectures and books,
- The right to self-archive the article,
- the right to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the article's published version (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal (Electronic Journal of Education, Social Economics and Technology).
5. Co-Authorship
If the article was jointly prepared by other authors, the signatory of this form warrants that he/she has been authorized by all co-authors to sign this agreement on their behalf, and agrees to inform his/her co-authors of the terms of this agreement.
6. Termination
This agreement can be terminated by the author or eJESET upon two months’ notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within a month of being given the terminating party’s notice requesting such breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of eJESET.
7. Royalties
This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by eJESET or its sublicensee.
8. Miscellaneous
eJESET will publish the article (or have it published) in the journal if the article’s editorial process is successfully completed and eJESET or its sublicensee has become obligated to have the article published. eJESET may conform the article to a style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, referencing and usage that it deems appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article may be published so that it will be publicly accessible and such access will be free of charge for the readers.
